What is the Semaine de la Laine?
During this week we will be celebrating everything wool, yarn and thread!
5 different activities, so you can choose which days to attend, but with 5 new techniques to leaarn, why wouldn't you want to come the whole week!
 
Each day workshop runs from 9am to 4pm with all the materials and lunch and snacks provided.
 
The workshops are suitable for ages 8 to 15 years of age.
 
What are the activities?
 
Macrame - traditionally the skill used for hanging plant holders, we will be making a cute key ring.
Crochet - although the world of amigurumi at our feet, we will be keeping it simple and making a jellyfish.
T Shirt Yarn Weaving -  using old tshirts, we will create our own yarn and then weave it on a hoop into a small floor mat
Needle Felting -  a technique that involves stabbing roving many many times to mat the fibres together.  From a stabby motion will come an adorable dog or cat.
Tapestry - using jute and yarn and ribbons we will sew our own personal journal covers.
 
Price:
100chf per day, or 450chf for the whole week.
 
We work in small groups of 4 to 6, so book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
