The Try-It! classes are just what they seem: an opportunity to have a go at a new skill or technique.
 
During September, we will be learning how to make macramé keyrings.
 
Macramé is a decorative craft that involves knotting twine to create various items, primarily jewelry and home decorations.  It is thought to have begun in the 13th century, with Arabic weavers tying excess threads at the edges of fabrics.
 
There are 3 different sessions available to book.  Each session will be similar, but you are welcome to come to more than one if you want to develop your skills further.
 
All materials are provided.
